We promised it and here it is - our latest Intelligence Report covering Consumer Education and The Rise of the Home Premise!

As before we have examined the key education strategies commonly used by brands, the roles of each and their efficacy – this time focusing on consumer education and home-based experiences that have been born from the “lockdown era” of Covid-19.

To build this report, we have used our knowledge of the industry to select “best in class” case studies from brands big and small that have delivered compelling and effective at home education programmes. We have complemented this research with original insights from interviews with some of our friends on the front line.

We have done this in order to demonstrate how brands can embrace the changed landscape and create entertaining and educational experiences for the consumer at home.
