CREATING A FLEXIBLE TRADESHOW STAND & ACTIVATION CONCEPT TO ENABLE GLOBAL TEAMS TO CONSISTENTLY BRING THE BRAND WORLD TO LIFE

We worked alongside the global brand team to create an engaging and scalable tradeshow stand design concept and demonstrate application across two key stand sizes. We developed a central concept for the core stand design and accompanying tactics to create an immersive experience for visitors, both through showstopper attractions and engaging activities and events hosted at the central bar.

The Challenge

The tradeshow stand concept needed to bring to life Mathieu Teisseire’s True Flavour brand proposition and deliver on their promises of Best Taste, Best Quality and Best Partner.

On top of this it also needed to do so in a way that could flex to regional cultural differences across the globe and using flexible stand features to deliver impact at any size of tradeshow.


THE Insight

As the no. 1 syrup in France with a large portfolio of rich and vibrant flavours and a premium brand positioning, Mathieu Teisseire had the opportunity to bring to life global tradeshow spaces that allowed visitors to immerse themselves in and explore a world of True Flavour.

The APPROACH

By creating a flexible brand space, themed around a concept of the “Mathieu Teisseire True Flavour Discovery Lounge”, we were able to allow guests to engage directly with the stand, the Brand Ambassadors and influencer bartenders, or more flexibly explore the space and learn about the brand, its history and innovation through standout displays like the “True Flavour Balloon” that invited them to taste, touch and smell the quality of Mathieu Teisseire’s range.

We were then able to further elevate this through the design of bespoke staff uniforms, engaging bar activation events and talks, giveaways and curated stand music with live DJ.


THE WONDER

The toolkit has been rolled out to global markets to guide their local execution of trade show stands and pop up spaces. We can’t wait to see the True Flavour Discovery Lounge come to life!
